As the Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and growth of a commercial HVAC product line by connecting customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities. You will work closely with customers, sales representatives, engineering, manufacturing, and other cross-functional partners to understand the voice of the customer, identify gaps in the market and product portfolio, and define new product opportunities. You will use customer insights, market trends, and data to guide product decisions and help move opportunities from initial concept through commercialization.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Own and drive the product strategy and product roadmap for a commercial HVAC product line.
Engage directly with customers, sales representatives, and market partners to understand needs, challenges, and emerging opportunities.
Lead voice of customer activities and translate customer feedback into product priorities and recommendations.
Conduct gap analysis to identify unmet customer needs, product portfolio gaps, and opportunities for growth.
Identify, evaluate, and help scope new product opportunities based on customer needs, market potential, competitive activity, and business priorities.
Use customer, sales, market, competitive, and product performance data and analysis to support product decisions.
Partner across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other functions to align priorities and move product initiatives forward.
Provide cross-functional leadership throughout product development, launch, and commercialization.
Monitor product and market performance to identify opportunities for product improvements, expansion, or additional investment.
Support product launches, go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and product training.
Stay informed on commercial HVAC market trends, competitive offerings, customer expectations, and industry developments.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
6-8 years of relevant work experience required.
4-6 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory or managerial role required.
4 Year / bachelor’s degree required, in engineering or equivalent years of job experience required.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program. The compensation for this role includes base salary along with the opportunity to earn additional variable compensation based on achieving specific performance metrics. The starting base pay range for this position is $144,462-$178,453 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
