Design, architect and implement end-to-end BI and data warehouse solutions. Lead requirements gathering, data modeling, ETL integration, report design and tool selection. Provide technical leadership, create BI roadmaps, develop proofs-of-concept, present solutions to customers, and recommend standards to optimize DW/DB performance.

Manage the document management platform end-to-end: patching, license and access governance, cloud provisioning, DR/backup, capacity planning, automation scripting, high-severity incident response, vendor/product governance, SLA/chargeback management, and platform health and readiness for peak seasons.

Design, develop, and maintain .NET web applications in an Agile/Scrum team. Implement backend C# services, front-end JavaScript (Angular/jQuery), Azure-based microservices, integrations (REST/SOAP), CI pipelines, perform code reviews, mentor developers, and handle level-3 escalations and problem resolution.

Lead SAP retail functional activities including promotions, merchandising, omni-channel and pricing processes; manage Hybris configuration and integrations (JDA/ECS/WMS/POS); oversee SAP MM, IS Retail master data (article/vendor/site), HANA data modeling and NLS archiving. Coordinate with development for ABAP/UI5/Fiori enhancements, support variant configuration and master data management.

Develop and maintain enterprise-level Windows and web applications using C#/.NET stack. Work with cloud-hosted solutions (Azure), web frameworks (ASP.NET, MVC), data access (Entity Framework, SQL), and client-side technologies. Follow TDD/unit testing practices, translate designs into efficient, testable code, communicate with clients, and adapt to varied development requests.

Coordinate and support IT projects across lifecycle. Prepare documentation, status reports, presentations, and Visio diagrams. Track schedules, assist stakeholders, and ensure deliverables meet timelines using MS Office tools.
