Coordinates weekly payroll administration for infrastructure operations, reviewing field timekeeping, labor and equipment entries, cost codes, classifications, approvals, and exceptions. Supports certified payroll, PTO verification, payroll corrections, job-cost reconciliation, reporting, and documentation. Collaborates with payroll, accounting, operations, project controls, and field teams while assisting with PCI and change order reviews. Provides training on payroll procedures and HCSS workflows and helps maintain accurate, timely project payroll and cost records.

Supports HR strategy and administration for construction projects and office environments. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management, compliance, HR data analysis, safety collaboration, payroll, benefits, and record keeping. The role requires strong communication, organization, confidentiality, English/Spanish communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HCM systems. It involves working in both office and physically demanding construction-site environments.

Oversee comprehensive accounting for construction projects, including transaction posting, WIP reviews, budget-to-actual analysis, cash flow, receivables, closeouts, and month-end reporting. Ensure GAAP and contract compliance, identify financial risks, prepare stakeholder insights, manage financial projects, and mentor junior accounting staff. The role requires construction accounting expertise, ERP proficiency, advanced Excel skills, and at least five years of relevant experience.
