Manage global learning and organizational development programs, including needs assessments, instructional design, content development, facilitation, train-the-trainer initiatives, accreditation coordination, and continuous improvement. Administer learning content, data, and processes in Workday, while providing program logistics, analysis, and administrative support. Lead technical direction on large forensic mechanical engineering projects, serve as primary client partner, manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams, drive business development and thought leadership, and advise firm strategy to expand market presence.

Lead blast and protective-design engineering for buildings and infrastructure. Perform blast loading and nonlinear dynamic analyses, develop design documents and reports, conduct vulnerability assessments and peer reviews, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and clients, support project planning and construction-phase reviews, mentor junior staff, and help grow protective design capabilities and business.

Coordinate CORE Studio and CORE Lab R&D programs, manage grant cycles and reviews, plan internal and external events (innovation tournaments, AECtech), handle logistics, communications, content, and tracking, liaise with leadership and Marketing, manage schedules, expenses, and travel support for events.

Create detailed 3D Tekla models and fabrication drawings for structural steel projects. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and fabricators, perform quality checks, review drawings for compliance, and prepare project documentation while meeting deadlines.

Create accurate 3D BIM models and produce 2D drawings, sections, details, and renderings. Manage sheet sets, coordinate models across disciplines, use Navisworks for collaboration, and develop BIM best practices while interfacing with engineers, clients, and consultants.

Lead and support façade forensic investigations: site inspections, defect identification, technical reporting, manage project teams, mentor junior staff, and assist business development and litigation assignments. Travel domestically and internationally to project sites.
