Thornton Tomasetti applies engineering and scientific principles to solve the world’s challenges. An independent organization of creative thinkers and innovative doers collaborating from offices worldwide, our mission is to bring our clients' ideas to life and, in the process, lay the groundwork for a better, more resilient future. We provide support and opportunities to our employees to achieve their full potential and cultivate a rewarding career.

A commitment to challenging our people to grow, coupled with our inherent curiosity, drives Thornton Tomasetti to be a learning organisation and, increasingly, a teaching one. We often provide resources, structure, additional scaffolding, logistical coordination, and other support to empower TT staff to teach/coach/mentor and learn-from one another. In our work, we emphasize curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement in the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of our programs through innovation.

The L&OD Manager will support our staff around the globe in accelerating their growth to more fully reach their potential as well-rounded professionals, with a particular focus in Europe (United Kingdom, Italy, etc.). The person in this role will report to the Director of L&OD and collaborate closely with a wide range of staff around the world including program participants, subject matter experts, program executive sponsors, firm matrix leaders, and other members of the HR team.

  • Manage content, data, and processes in the firm-wide Workday learning management system.
