Lead and grow the façade engineering practice in Los Angeles, oversee design consulting and forensic investigations, manage project strategy, resourcing, finances, quality assurance, client relationships, business development, and contribute to company standards and leadership.

Manage and deliver acoustics, noise, and vibration projects including field measurements, data collection, modeling, analysis, and technical reporting. Interface with clients, architects, contractors and regulatory agencies; support proposals and business development; mentor junior staff and manage budgets and schedules.

Create accurate 3D BIM models and produce 2D drawings, sections, details, and renderings. Manage sheet sets, coordinate models across disciplines, use Navisworks for collaboration, and develop BIM best practices while interfacing with engineers, clients, and consultants.

Lead and support façade forensic investigations: site inspections, defect identification, technical reporting, manage project teams, mentor junior staff, and assist business development and litigation assignments. Travel domestically and internationally to project sites.

Lead creation and coordination of detailed structural BIM models, produce 2D drawings from 3D models, develop reinforcement/steel detailing, manage BIM workflows and project deliverables, coordinate with engineers/architects/MEP, use collaboration tools, ensure model quality, and mentor junior modelers across project phases.

Lead and manage façade engineering projects, serve as client primary contact, perform structural and thermal analyses, prepare 2D/3D detailing, coordinate teams and construction administration, conduct site inspections, and support business development and financial tracking.

Lead day-to-day revenue accounting for US and Canada: POC calculations, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, variance analysis, audit support, controls testing, ASC 606 research, stakeholder reporting, and process improvements.

Create accurate 3D BIM models and produce plans, sections, elevations, details, and annotated 2D drawings from models. Ensure drawings meet firm standards, coordinate with engineers and BIM modelers, and contribute to BIM best practices and detailing for structural projects.

Provide protective design and security consulting for buildings and infrastructure: perform TVRA risk assessments, produce coordinated Revit models and drawings for electronic security, IT/Telecom and AV systems, draft reports and memos, and coordinate security requirements with project teams and stakeholders.
