Lead HCM business analysis for payroll, HR, and time systems (Workday/UKG). Gather and document requirements, analyze gaps, design solutions, support implementations, perform light testing, and coordinate stakeholders and vendors.

Plan, budget, oversee, and document medium-sized eCommerce projects using Les Schwab PMLC. Create detailed project plans, manage resources, budgets, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications. Facilitate kick-offs, procure resources, track financials, and report status. Lead Xstore POS implementations (v17+), create BRDs/FRDs, technical/business process diagrams, and BI Publisher reports. Work in Agile/DevOps environments and use Eclipse, Jira, Confluence, WebSphere/JBoss, Oracle DB, and tuning practices.

Design, develop, and govern enterprise solutions; provide level 2/3 operational support and incident resolution; define solution architecture and standards; engage stakeholders and vendors; mentor teammates and pursue professional development.

Design, build, and maintain data structures, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data products. Support operational data processes, performance tuning, data governance, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration. Mentor junior staff and improve data platform quality and accessibility.
