Provide administrative support to the Dean of Academics, VP of Academic Affairs, faculty, and students. Tasks include correspondence, scheduling, record maintenance, event coordination, website/database updates, reporting, scanning/filing, travel coordination, and supporting faculty evaluations and departmental administrative functions.

Develop and execute recruitment plans to attract prospective students, run outreach events and campus visits, maintain prospective student database and follow-up communications, coordinate with college staff and community partners, and report on recruitment activities.

Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing and graphic design campaigns to promote the college. Manage social media channels, create content for web, email, and print, ensure brand consistency, produce press releases, support events and alumni relations, and monitor analytics to report enrollment and recruitment results. Provide photography/media coordination and perform other duties as assigned.
