Prepare detailed mechanical designs (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, drainage) and production drawings using AutoCAD/Revit; perform heating/cooling load calculations; select equipment and create specifications; review shop drawings; collaborate with project teams to ensure timely, code-compliant delivery of commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.

Create and coordinate MEP Revit/BIM models and drawings from mark-ups or instructions.
