Supports institutional effectiveness through data analysis, dashboards, reporting, surveys, accreditation reporting, data governance, metadata management, SharePoint architecture, workflow automation, and responsible AI readiness. The role collects and validates data, standardizes metrics and definitions, improves information management, evaluates AI-enabled solutions, and collaborates with institutional stakeholders to enhance decision-making, compliance, and operational processes.

Leads institution-wide accreditation, licensure, and regulatory compliance for the College. Responsibilities include researching requirements, advising staff, liaising with accrediting and licensing agencies, preparing compliance reports and self-studies, managing state authorization filings, supporting site visits, maintaining documentation, analyzing institutional data, overseeing the office budget, and supervising staff.
