Oversee the used vehicle department, including sales team leadership, inventory acquisition and pricing, appraisals, merchandising, reconditioning, customer satisfaction, deal accuracy, and profitability. Coach and develop sales consultants, monitor performance and follow-up, manage leads and showroom activity, coordinate with service and finance departments, ensure compliance, and identify opportunities to improve sales results and inventory turnover.
