The role coordinates with architecture, operations, vendors, and fiber providers; participates in on-call support and travels to project sites as required.

Role is field-based with frequent outdoor work and regional driving.

Generates residential fiber internet sales within multi-family properties through property-staff networking, community events, property visits, and door-to-door outreach. Builds customer relationships, meets activity and sales targets, participates in training, collaborates with marketing, distributes sales materials, tracks expenses and mileage, and monitors industry developments. The role requires extensive outdoor work, local driving, independent judgment, and strong communication and customer-service skills.

Leads corporate development and strategy, including M&A, investments, partnerships, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, negotiations, transaction closing, and integration planning. Develops strategic analyses, business cases, executive and Board presentations, and growth recommendations. Builds acquisition pipelines, leads cross-functional workstreams, establishes governance and operating processes, and mentors team members while supporting enterprise strategy and inorganic growth.

Sells fiber internet through door-to-door prospecting, customer education, relationship building, and quota attainment. The role requires visiting at least 65 homes daily, generating positive interactions, working outdoors in varied weather, driving throughout a territory, and using product knowledge, AI technology, and sales tools. Candidates need at least six months of sales, customer service, or military experience, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
