Lead SAP Basis administration and production support in a large SAP environment (on AIX/DB2, HA). Manage Solution Manager, monitoring (SLD/SMD/Wily/CCMS), ChaRM/CTS+, BusinessObjects, BPC, TDMS/BWA, analyze ABAP performance issues, support month-end/on-call/weekend operations, and lead project tasks and documentation.

Administer and maintain SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.x multi-node clusters, configure application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere), monitor and troubleshoot data and platform issues, perform tuning, debugging, patching and testing, and develop/process/document standards for the BI platform while supporting cross-functional global teams.
