Lead performance testing efforts for an enterprise Core receivables project: define strategy, create/execute load tests, analyze results, manage onshore/offshore test teams, coordinate defect resolution, and produce testing artifacts and reports.

Lead development and improvement of consumer subscription web and email products. Prioritize projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, conduct market research, create financial projections, define product specs with editorial and tech, and gather customer feedback to drive product enhancements and launches.
