Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect

Job Location: Deerfield, IL

Job Type: Full Time

Rate: Market rate

Required Skills:

8+years solution architecting and deployment experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactor
Must have implemented SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules (EC and EC Payroll) in the capacity of lead solution architect either as a part of the Implementation Partner Team or Customer Team.
Retail industry sector experience is preferred.
Experience with minimum of five full cycle implementations.
Good understanding of industry specific business processes.
Has performed at least 3 feasibility studies.
Understands the Industry Leading Business Process approach and is contributing to it.
