Design, migrate and manage applications to AWS. Implement and operate EC2, S3, RDS, Redshift, load balancing and CloudFormation. Integrate via AWS APIs/CLI/PowerShell/SDKs, coordinate with application teams, handle post-migration monitoring, backups, and third-party/tool integrations.

Develop and support Oracle applications and databases. Administer Oracle 11g RAC (Exadata preferred), perform database performance tuning and troubleshooting, and create/maintain UNIX shell scripts.

Develop and maintain Java/J2EE applications using Spring, Web Services, WebSphere, and related enterprise technologies. Implement backend logic, database access (JDBC/Oracle/SQL), XML parsing, integration (Apache Camel, Hibernate), and front-end components using jQuery/Bootstrap. Work with RAD/IDE tools and Unix environments.

Test and validate IP backbone networks using network automation (iTest) and traffic generators (Ixia/Spirent). Work with Cisco/Alcatel platforms, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), MPLS/VPNs, IPSec/GRE, and IP services. Produce technical documentation, reports, and collaborate across teams in a dynamic environment.

Lead SAP Identity Management (IDM) implementation and support activities, configure IDM for user provisioning across ABAP/Java/dual-stack and non‑SAP systems, perform gap analysis and roadmap development, serve as IDM SME for multiple implementations, coordinate onsite-offshore handovers and reporting, and support SAP implementation and support teams.

Design, develop, and test software enhancements; coordinate with QA; develop system alternatives with users; prepare program and user documentation; oversee development and maintenance across the SDLC; assist in requirements review and program design; analyze processes and suggest improvements.

Implement, configure and customize Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (RMB) / CC&B solutions. Perform full-lifecycle implementations, coding, documentation, algorithm customization, batch processing, data interfaces and migrations. Work with STRUTS, WSIF, Utility Application Framework and Java. Apply billing domain knowledge across accounts, rates/pricing, billing and payments and design typical extensions and critical setups within the RMB technical architecture.

Lead BPM solution design using Pega to define process flows, UI use cases, business rules and run UAT. Create process models, prototypes, run workshops, mentor stakeholders, map processes to BPM platforms, and support implementation across SDLC/Agile phases. Participate in documentation, stakeholder alignment, and may support pre-sales.
