Lead and manage QA teams and initiatives; design QA solution architectures across Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid lifecycles; set automation and performance testing strategies; select and implement tools and CI pipelines; act as technical consultant for clients and participate in presales; plan resources, risk analysis, and estimates; be a senior billable resource (~50% client-facing).
