Lead mechanical design, development, testing, and implementation of rotating-equipment products. Drive projects from feasibility through production, perform calculations, simulations, CAD modelling, validation testing, root-cause analysis, and manage schedules, budgets, and documentation while mentoring engineers and collaborating cross-functionally.

Manage electrical design projects for motors and drives from sales review to production handover. Review vendor offers, resolve deviations with customers and vendors, ensure specification compliance, support procurement, testing, commissioning, and final documentation, and coordinate cross-functional teams throughout order execution.

Prepare techno-commercial pump tender proposals, analyze RFQs/specifications (API/ISO/ANSI), coordinate with procurement, engineering and sales, support pre-bid clarifications and negotiations, and ensure successful handover to project teams.

Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, predictive forecasting, profitability and performance reporting, financial modeling, plan analytics, risk management, collections reporting, and procurement analytics. Support FP&A activities including annual budget preparation and consolidation, periodic forecasting, profitability and performance reporting, plan analytics and risk management, in-depth financial analysis under senior guidance, and collections reporting and analytics to inform business decisions.

Provide Record-to-Report support for general ledger activities: complex bookings, reconciliations, chart of accounts maintenance, ERP-driven process improvements, and collaboration with local finance and shared services to ensure IFRS-compliant financial reporting.

Support budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and predictive financial models. Deliver profitability and performance reporting, plan analytics, risk management, collections reporting, and procurement analytics. Provide data-driven recommendations to business leaders and continuously improve FP&A processes.

Provide routine administrative support including data entry, filing, mail handling, scheduling and meeting coordination, maintaining office supplies, following procedures, and escalating non-routine issues under close supervision.

Manage and grow strategic customer accounts in the chemical process and fertilizer segments for the Western US. Develop account strategies, forecast sales, identify opportunities, prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate orders, support distributors and end users, and maintain regular face-to-face customer contact to secure and renew business.

Manage and grow relationships with strategic B2B clients, serve as primary contact, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, coordinate internal teams to deliver solutions, monitor account performance, and prepare account reviews and growth plans. Responsible for large projects and coaching junior staff.
