Provide front-desk administrative support: answer and screen calls, greet and check in visitors, manage mail/shipments and office supplies, maintain conference room scheduling and setup, perform clerical tasks (filing, copying, data entry), deliver brief safety orientations, and assist other departments. Perform routine payroll and HR administrative tasks including data entry, record maintenance, payroll reporting and compliance support, and onboarding assistance. Ensure accurate payroll data, maintain employee files, and support HR administrative processes with strong attention to detail.

Support sales by providing technical expertise for TAS and revamping projects across Guangxi & Guizhou. Generate inquiries, lead technical presentations, attend bids and negotiations, maintain customer relationships, prepare forecasts and reports, coordinate delivery with internal teams, and meet area targets.

Lead annual budgeting, predictive forecasting, profitability and performance reporting, CAPEX planning, period-end close and procurement analytics. Provide financial recommendations, ensure IFRS compliance, maintain internal controls, and support collections reporting for the Madrid finance team.

Create 3D layouts and installation drawing sets using SolidWorks and AutoCAD; prepare design concepts and sketches; consult with engineers and production during manufacturing; support sales/applications with equipment and layout drawings; interpret engineering designs and specifications; participate in special projects.
