About the role Job Summary
The Sales Engineering Specialist supports the sales process by providing technical expertise and helping customers understand how products meet their needs. This role bridges the gap between engineering and sales, ensuring technical accuracy and customer satisfaction.
This job profile is intended for professionals who apply advanced knowledge of a job area. Required to manage projects / processes independently with limited supervision. Typically coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

-  Focus on Guangxi &Guizhou province business.

-  Dig more inquiry for TAS &Revamping project, organize technical presentation or clarification meeting if needed, attend commercial bidding and price negotiation. Contract detail up.

-  Maintain good relationship with customers, continuous enhance market share.  

-  Manage, guide customers and achieve area targets and results by synergy together with other area sales  

-  Visit customer timely by providing technical advice and proposal.

-  Providing sales forecast and visit &Lost reports; Update weekly plan and execute accordingly to make sure clear target.

-  Fight plan for key project and good at seeking opportunity.

-  Attend sales meeting & internal training for self-improvement

-  Co-ordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Workshop etc departments for  

   products delivery to perfect Sales’ KPI.

-  Provides timely feedback to senior manager for assigned task

-  Other tasks by GM, Head of sales or High Management assigned.

Skills Required

  • Advanced knowledge in relevant engineering/sales area and ability to apply it independently
  • Experience managing projects/processes independently with limited supervision
  • Ability to coach and review work of lower-level professionals
  • Focus on business development in Guangxi and Guizhou provinces
  • Experience organizing technical presentations, clarification meetings, and providing technical proposals
  • Experience attending commercial bidding processes and supporting price negotiations
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships and grow market share
  • Ability to provide sales forecasts, visit and loss reports, and maintain weekly plans
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Workshop and other departments to ensure product delivery
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management and participate in sales meetings and internal training
