Own the cost accounting function across two commercial bakeries. Implement standard costing in Business Central, maintain BOMs and standard costs, analyze purchase price, yield, labor, overhead, and manufacturing variances, oversee inventory valuation, perform SKU and channel margin analysis, and execute plant month-end close activities. Partner with purchasing, operations, and the CFO on pricing, waste reduction, capital investments, and spending control. The role requires regular production-floor engagement and periodic travel to Montana.
