Onsite junior recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates. Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, manage job postings and ATS, build candidate pipelines, maintain candidate communication, track metrics, and move candidates through the hiring process.

Manage all accounting functions including billing, AR/AP, general ledger, cost accounting, and revenue recognition. Produce GAAP-compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Maintain controls and journal entries, provide financial analysis for quotes and margins, collaborate across the organization, and work with external auditors and CPA firm.
