Hands-on IT help desk internship supporting multi-location dealerships. Assist with password resets, device and workstation setup, user onboarding/offboarding, basic troubleshooting, ticketing, documentation, inventory, system checks, and learn networking and cybersecurity fundamentals under IT manager supervision.

Answer dealership service phones, greet customers, schedule and confirm service and pickup/delivery appointments, coordinate loaner vehicles and drivers, reconcile daily service deposits, follow up with clients post-service and for declined services, and support day-to-day service team operations.
