Job Summary
We are looking for a BDC Service Consultant to join our growing team! The right candidate will have strong communication skills, punctual nature and the ability to handle a dynamic work environment. The day-to-day responsibilities will include answering the dealership phone, greeting customers, and assisting in scheduling service appointments.

Responsibilities
- Answer dealership service phones, schedule service appointments
- Schedule Pickup/Delivery appointments and work with team of drivers
- Work cooperatively with service and other internal teams
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Work with service team with day to day operations
- Assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments
- Reconcile daily service deposits
- Assist clients into loaner vehicles and utilize loaner car program
- Contact clients after service for follow up and survey
- Contact clients for declined services and schedule back in at later date
- Other duties as assigned

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
