Oversees daily lending operations, including loan origination, underwriting, funding, servicing, collections, and customer support. Develops operational strategies to support profitable growth, credit and compliance standards, customer experience, and efficiency. Conducts borrower due diligence, evaluates creditworthiness, prepares credit memorandums, and communicates with borrowers, staff, board members, community partners, and financing partners.

The Treasurer serves as the Osage Nation’s chief financial officer, safeguarding and administering tribal funds, maintaining accurate financial records, developing fiscal policies and procedures, managing financial systems, overseeing budgets, implementing training, and presenting annual audited financial statements. The role also supports strategic planning across governmental, gaming, and business entities and requires compliance with Osage law and accounting standards.

Manage funeral home operations and coordinate funeral arrangements while providing compassionate support to bereaved families. Perform embalming, body preparation, preservation, and restoration to present the deceased with dignity. Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards and assist families in meeting Osage burial customs.
