Provides constituent support to the Office of the Chiefs and Osage Nation constituents by handling concerns, complaints, assistance requests, referrals, benefits inquiries, burial assistance, donations, and regional gathering funds. Processes requests efficiently, maintains confidentiality and professionalism, and represents the Nation positively. The role also involves grant administration, fiscal management, budgeting, planning, project management, system training, public communication, and occasional travel to conferences or training.

Manage funeral home operations and coordinate funeral arrangements while providing compassionate support to bereaved families. Perform embalming, body preparation, preservation, and restoration to present the deceased with dignity. Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards and assist families in meeting Osage burial customs.
