Provide administrative and litigation support to multiple commercial litigation attorneys and the Managing Partner: prepare, proofread, and format legal documents; manage calendars, filings, and client communications; perform conflict checks; prepare trial exhibits and notebooks; assist with state and federal e-filing and other time-sensitive, confidential tasks.

Maintain the general ledger, prepare journal entries and financial statements, support month- and year-end close, reconcile accounts including trust/IOLTA, process AP/AR, assist with payroll and tax filings, support audits, resolve billing and expense inquiries, and help improve accounting processes and internal controls.

Lead and manage complex commercial litigation from case assessment through trial and appeal. Serve as first chair in state and federal courts, develop litigation strategy, draft motions, handle discovery, take and defend depositions, manage client relationships, and mentor associates and paralegals.
