Build and scale a top-down enterprise sales motion: source and qualify leads, conduct outreach and demos, collaborate with CEO on campaigns, manage pipeline and metrics, and drive deals from prospecting to close.

Serve as primary customer contact to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and retention. Build product expertise, run trainings/webinars, monitor health metrics, identify pain points, advocate to product/engineering, and work with sales on upsell opportunities.
