Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions (Compliance, Governance, Environmental). Customize workflows and reports, translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow implementations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support enterprise clients in regulated industries while following best practices.

Design and deliver AI-enabled IRM, TPRM, and BCM processes on ServiceNow. Lead discovery workshops, map as-is/to-be processes, define agentic AI workflows, prompts, guardrails, and evaluation logic, create user stories and documentation, and support demos and adoption.

Design and implement end-to-end Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery solutions on ServiceNow. Integrate AI and automation into continuity plans, perform BIA and recovery planning, advise C-suite stakeholders across Finance, Healthcare, and Pharma, and collaborate with AI developers to build intelligent compliance tools.

Lead architecture and delivery of ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk, BCM). Design regulatory-compliant solutions for Financial Services or Pharma, integrate ServiceNow with enterprise tools, mentor teams, and engage with clients for workshops and technical roadmaps.
