Senior .NET Developer to design and develop web applications using C#, ASP.NET (4+), MVC, Entity Framework and front-end technologies. Responsibilities include architecture, security, coding standards, performance tuning, project estimation/scheduling, applying OOP patterns (abstract factory), test case preparation and SDLC documentation while working under tight deadlines.

Work on large-scale machine learning projects for personalization, fraud detection, and NLP using big data systems. Research, design, and implement algorithms for classification, regression, and collaborative filtering, and communicate results to stakeholders.

Install, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software; implement and program computer networks and software; develop intranet and public websites; manage personnel equipment needs; ensure digital security.

Lead and mentor a sales team to identify and pursue business opportunities, maintain client relationships, analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and deliver presentations. Ensure customer-focused solutions and meet sales targets while managing team performance.

Respond to customer inquiries, suggest products/services, open and update customer accounts, troubleshoot and resolve complaints, expedite corrections, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Plan and execute full internal audits: assess risks and controls, analyze financial and operational data, report findings, recommend remediation, follow up on management actions, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Design, develop and optimize custom ASP.NET applications with focus on performance and scalability. Build UI using Angular 2 and .NET MVC, implement WCF/SOA solutions, apply design patterns, use Perfmon/NAnt, and write unit tests with NUnit/TDD. Lead product development, architecture, and data modeling; SaaS, Hibernate, AJAX/jQuery, and product lifecycle experience preferred.

Provide technical support and manage the academy's web presence, CRM, ERP, and databases. Responsibilities include website design, CRM/ERP administration, database development and maintenance, and use of publishing tools. Communicate effectively in English and apply analytical and digital marketing skills as needed.

Short-term (2–3 month) internship supporting advisory, research, portfolio management, financial planning, and data management. Interns will assist with analysis, research, portfolio monitoring, and data tasks under supervision.
