Designs, films, edits, and prepares polished visual content for campaigns, social media, events, websites, and Defence Futures Lab briefings. Responsibilities include creating decks, graphics, event materials, web imagery, video, colour treatments, and motion graphics; supporting shoots; and organizing media assets and project files.

Write and edit press materials, newsletters, website copy, and thought leadership content. Plan content calendars, create social media posts, track engagement, report performance, manage audience interactions, and collaborate with creative and partnerships teams on campaigns and launches.

Track ecosystem developments, prepare briefing notes and position papers, support working groups and strategic planning, translate technical concepts into policy language, and maintain a well-sourced knowledge base.

Build and document small-scale AI models and pipelines, develop tools to test AI systems for safety, bias, and robustness, and create technical demonstrations. Collaborate with researchers to ensure policies remain technically grounded while clearly explaining engineering concepts to nontechnical audiences. Maintain clean code, version control, and thorough documentation.

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for academy programs, events, and initiatives. Create and optimize social media, email, and website content; monitor campaign analytics; recommend improvements; generate and nurture leads; and collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase brand awareness, enrollment, and growth.

Supports partnership, fundraising, and business development efforts by identifying prospective partners, funders, grants, and programs. Assists with proposals, concept notes, capability statements, and MOUs; tracks deadlines, deliverables, and reporting; maintains CRM records; prepares meeting materials; and supports partners post-signing while identifying growth opportunities.

Creates and prepares print-ready graphics for marketing, packaging, stationery, magazines, and event materials. Responsibilities include interpreting client briefs, developing layouts and templates, preparing CMYK artwork with proper bleed and resolution, presenting mockups, managing revisions, coordinating with pre-press and press teams, reviewing proofs, advising on materials and finishes, and maintaining organized design files and brand assets.

Manages daily accounting and bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, collections, vendor payments, payroll, tax compliance, financial records, petty cash, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, planning, and cost control.
