Supports day-to-day HR operations including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, payroll support, compliance with labour laws and safeguarding, HR reporting, and general office administration.

Coordinate and support daily field operations across sales, marketing, installation, and customer service. Collect and submit field reports, liaise between field teams and central office, manage customer onboarding and after-sales follow-up, verify mobile money transactions, track stock and assets, and document operational risks and improvement opportunities to support decision-making.

Support execution of growth and marketing initiatives: track KPIs and spend, assist campaigns to attract learners, manage partner outreach, document meetings, propose growth strategies, identify risks, and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
