Provide timely, accurate service for small to mid-size commercial insurance accounts: process applications, policy changes, renewals, endorsements, certificates, claims reporting, AR and invoicing, and support producers with cross-sell and up-sell opportunities while maintaining AMS360/Epic records and agency procedures.

Manage mid-size to large commercial insurance accounts remotely (Eastern Time). Service clients and producers, prepare submissions/proposals, process changes/audits/policies, issue certificates and ID cards, invoice and collect premiums, review renewals and exposures, maintain documentation in Epic, and support growth through producer collaboration and special projects.

Sell and grow commercial insurance for farms and agribusinesses: develop a book of business, build relationships with agricultural clients, assess risks, design tailored insurance solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to provide client support.

Provide prompt, accurate service for commercial lines accounts: prepare submissions, manage renewals, process changes, invoices and cancellations, handle client requests (ID cards, certs, binders), review policies, support producers, monitor reports, and participate in projects and professional development.

Provide timely service to personal-lines clients: process applications, policy changes, endorsements, renewals, billing, claims intake, and certificates. Update and document accounts in Applied EPIC, notify producers of issues, pursue cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, and support special projects while following carrier and agency procedures to minimize E&O exposure.

Partner with Account Executives to deliver employee benefits programs for large-group clients: manage client relationships, ensure ERISA/compliance, resolve benefit inquiries, maintain records and benefit guides, use agency systems and benefits platforms, and support carrier/vendor relationships.

Lead backend employee benefits operations, managing carrier appointments, agency systems administration, data integrity, workflows, SLAs, and escalations. Drive project management for integrations, book rolls, and onboarding, deliver training and documentation, partner cross-functionally to improve processes and enable sales and account teams.

Manage and service personal lines insurance accounts: process applications, endorsements, renewals and billing; handle claims intake; maintain accurate documentation in AMS360 or EPIC; upsell and cross-sell policies; support producers and participate in agency projects and training.
