Investigates suspected fraud involving checks, wires, ACH, cards, identity theft, account takeovers, electronic crimes, scams, and elder abuse. Monitors Verafin fraud and AML queues, documents cases, files Suspicious Activity Reports, analyzes transaction patterns and fraud trends, validates activity with members and employees, escalates complex alerts, and recommends mitigation and fraud-detection improvements. Requires independent work, confidentiality, financial-industry knowledge, and travel to offices, conferences, and training.

Supports information security operations by monitoring logs and alerts, assessing vulnerabilities, responding to incidents, conducting forensic analysis, maintaining security tools and hardening standards, managing patches, and supporting compliance, disaster recovery, business continuity, and security-related projects. The role also communicates security risks to management and participates in on-call and after-hours rotations.

Leads late-hour Member Assistance Center operations by providing phone, chat, text, email, and video support; resolving escalated member issues; explaining lending products; gathering loan applications; coaching representatives; managing schedules and coverage; authorizing fee waivers and overrides; and supporting supervisors. Ensures compliance, confidentiality, service quality, team morale, and effective problem resolution in a high-volume credit union call center.

Lead daily accounting operations including month-end close, financial statement preparation and analysis, GL reconciliations, AP/AR, fixed asset management, regulatory filings (NCUA, Fed Reg D), support audits/examinations, and coach accounting staff to improve processes and reporting accuracy.

Provide member service via phone, live chat, text, secure/non-secure email, and video. Authenticate callers, resolve account inquiries, assist with account maintenance, cards, stop payments, disputes, gather loan info, cross-sell products, escalate issues, follow policies/regulations, complete training, and work rotating Saturdays/overtime as needed.

Provide financial planning and investment advice to credit union members; maintain FINRA and insurance licenses; generate leads, develop marketing plans, document client goals and implement strategies across protection, taxes, investments, cash and liabilities; conduct client meetings, process account and transfer requests, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Designs, implements, administers, and secures enterprise network and server infrastructure. Manages Cisco networking, Windows Server environments, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), Microsoft 365/Exchange, backups, and security tooling. Leads projects, mentors junior staff, supports disaster recovery, and responds to incidents while ensuring regulatory compliance and high availability.

Develop and solicit new credit union relationships through outreach, networking, community events, branch support, and referrals. Promote products and services, support marketing campaigns, meet branch goals, deliver seminars, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
