Lead a small development team, coordinate with offshore engineers, interface with stakeholders to align system and project objectives, and manage day-to-day development activities. Must have strong Java concurrency/multithreading expertise.

Administer, install, configure and support Actuate/OpenText iHub (single-node and 2-node cluster). Migrate metadata to Oracle, deploy RSSE/IPSE/usage/error log consolidator, migrate JSAPI and iPortal customizations, perform integration testing, troubleshooting, documentation and knowledge transfer.

Develop and maintain .NET applications using C#, VB.NET and ASP.NET; build web apps, Windows services, WPF/WCF and SOA services; design applications and databases; write and optimize Oracle SQL/stored procedures; use modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular; follow SDLC and ITSM processes; translate functional requirements into system requirements.
