Own the wireless retail business end to end, including P&L, revenue, margin, sales strategy, store operations, budgets, and growth. Lead from the field by coaching district and store leaders, recruiting and developing teams, managing KPIs, controlling costs, and building an accountable culture. The role requires regular travel across markets and hands-on leadership in a multi-unit wireless retail environment.

Lead and grow a region of 50+ retail locations: drive sales and KPIs, recruit and develop multi-unit teams, optimize operations (inventory, cash), implement marketing initiatives, coach staff, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve store performance and customer retention.

Drive market sales performance and operational excellence by partnering with Sales Directors and District Managers, monitoring and optimizing sales KPIs, developing district leadership, analyzing trends, supporting frontline talent development, managing local marketing execution, preparing executive reporting, resolving escalations, and participating in occasional outside sales events.

Prepare and maintain recurring and ad-hoc management reports by consolidating and validating data from multiple systems, manage dashboards and KPI tracking, perform reconciliations, support audits and automation initiatives, coordinate with stakeholders, and surface data quality issues and process improvements.

Lead organizational training: assess needs, design and deliver programs (in-person and virtual), manage LMS and training records, evaluate trainer and program effectiveness, collaborate with stakeholders, support performance improvement, and mentor training staff. Travel up to 40%.

Manage inventory reconciliation and accuracy across retail stores: investigate discrepancies, ensure POs and RMAs are posted, conduct counts/audits, generate variance reports, track trends, and coordinate with store and operations teams to maintain inventory controls and timely cash deposit reconciliation.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and field roles: source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and support onboarding. Build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, track KPIs, and contribute to employer branding and recruiting strategy to deliver timely, quality hires.

Lead omnichannel expansion by mapping market opportunities, securing product placements across carriers, retailers, wholesalers and online platforms, optimize acquisition funnels, run growth experiments, and coordinate cross-functional teams to scale distribution and revenue.

Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) in-store sales and customer service for wireless products, meet sales goals and KPIs, assist with store operations and inventory, maintain professional appearance and company policies, and work scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Serve customers in-store by recommending wireless solutions, meeting sales goals and KPIs, supporting store operations, and providing exceptional bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service. Assist with inventory, merchandising, and district coverage while maintaining professional appearance and following company policies.
