Manage a portfolio of client accounts, build long-term relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, grow revenue through upsells, negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and produce performance reports.

Plan and design commercial interior environments by meeting with clients, developing schematic and working drawings, specifying furniture and finishes, coordinating with sales and architects, performing field measurements, attending client meetings, and managing project documentation through implementation.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end users across multiple offices: troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printers, and mobile devices; manage user accounts, onboard/offboard employees, deploy and maintain Windows workstations and Microsoft 365 apps; log tickets, create knowledge base articles, assist with deployments, and support security and asset management.

Lead RFP strategy and pricing, manage vendor negotiations, coordinate internal teams (Sales, Design, PM) to produce compliant, competitive proposals, and oversee bid workflow through sale implementation.

Build and maintain relationships, generate and qualify leads, develop market strategies, coordinate with sales/design to close deals, meet sales targets, and maintain accurate sales documentation and reporting.

Plans and designs interior commercial environments: meets with clients/sales, develops space plans, schematic and working drawings, specifies products and materials, estimates costs, maintains project files, and attends client and design meetings for implementation and follow-through.
