Manage industrial refrigeration projects from planning and engineering coordination through installation, commissioning, closeout, and customer turnover. Responsibilities include developing schedules and budgets, coordinating engineering, procurement, contractors, vendors, and field teams, reviewing technical documentation, resolving project issues, controlling costs, enforcing safety and compliance, and communicating with customers. Projects involve ammonia, CO2, and other industrial refrigeration systems across customer and construction sites.

Designs and engineers industrial ammonia refrigeration systems for food and beverage processing, cold storage, production, and distribution facilities. Responsibilities include load and equipment calculations, component selection, P&IDs, equipment layouts, construction documentation, site investigations, project coordination, commissioning support, troubleshooting, code compliance, safety reviews, and technical leadership. The role supports projects from concept through completion and provides guidance to project teams, field personnel, customers, and junior engineering staff.

Leads business operations by developing strategies, managing budgets and KPIs, optimizing processes, establishing SOPs, overseeing vendors, ensuring compliance, managing risks, and improving operational performance. The role leads department managers and cross-functional teams, supports hiring and development, analyzes operational data, and reports results to executive leadership.

Maintains financial records and general ledger accounts; supports accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, collections, month-end and year-end close activities, tax filings, remittances, audits, reporting, job costing, and project-based accounting. The role also assists with cost control, regulatory compliance, process improvement, and related administrative duties for the Canadian business.
