Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs for operational performance.
  • Lead initiatives to scale operations sustainably and efficiently.
  • Process Optimization
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across departments.
  • Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and ensure adherence.
  • Monitor workflows and propose automation or technology solutions where appropriate.
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead and mentor department managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Recruit, train, and retain high-performing staff.
  • Promote a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture.
  • Vendor & Partner Management
  • Oversee supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage service level agreements.
  • Ensure vendor compliance with operational standards and risk mitigation protocols.
  • Risk Management & Compliance
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards.
  • Identify potential risks to operations and develop contingency plans.
  • Data & Reporting
  • Analyze operational data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Provide regular reports to executive leadership on key performance indicators.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in operations or related roles.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams and complex projects.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in ERP systems, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) communication skills preferred.
  • Experience in construction management and logistics.
  • Six Sigma, Lean, or PMP certification.
  • Experience with organizational change management.
