Perform daily sales reconciliation, prepare deposits, enter sales/labor data, assist with vendor invoices and payroll processes, maintain records, audit timekeeping, provide general office support, and ensure compliance and confidentiality.

Maintain restaurant accounting records: reconcile daily sales, deposits, credit/gift card activity, payroll documentation, and vendor invoices. Enter data into accounting and scheduling systems, assist with cash handling, audits, timekeeping correction, and general office support. Ensure compliance with recordkeeping and confidentiality policies and support Office Manager and HR tasks.

Provide HR administrative support for restaurant operations: recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits and leave administration, training and performance tracking, employee relations, payroll support, and general HR office duties ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
