Manage staffing, schedules and productivity targets, enforce safety and quality standards, coach and evaluate team members, report shift metrics, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement.

Create bilingual (FR/EN) marketing content across social platforms, plan and coordinate campaigns, support photo/video shoots, optimize web/SEO/LLM content, analyze performance metrics, and manage partnerships and influencer initiatives to maintain brand consistency and drive growth.

Provide first-line IT support for corporate and store environments: maintain computers, networks, telephony, cameras and peripherals; troubleshoot hardware/software; support Office 365; document incidents; manage IT inventory; liaise with vendors; deliver user training and on-site or remote problem resolution.

Lead and execute employee experience initiatives across head office and stores: design recognition and onboarding programs, organize internal events, support performance cycles, promote benefits, develop training content, and act as HR business partner to retail operations.

Advise customers and promote furniture and accessories, manage after-sales follow-up and deliveries, participate in inventory receiving and management, maintain store presentation and cleanliness, and perform related duties. Assist customers with product advice and handle physical tasks including lifting up to 65 lbs.
