Provides on-site IT hardware support in a hospital environment. Responsibilities include responding to help desk tickets, troubleshooting and repairing desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, assisting staff with device setup and basic use, performing maintenance and upgrades, escalating complex issues, and documenting repairs and hardware inventory. The role supports reliable technology access for healthcare staff and minimizes disruptions to patient care and hospital operations.

Lead month-end close, maintain general ledger and reconciliations, prepare financial statements and narratives, support audits and Form 990 filings, review controls, assist AP staff, and provide ad hoc analyses to Finance and Medical Center leadership.

Lead nurse recruitment by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews; advise nursing leadership on hiring strategy, compensation, and workforce planning; manage candidate pipelines and onboarding documentation; represent the organization at recruiting events and build talent partnerships.

Designs, administers, and reconciles physician and APP compensation programs; prepares reconciliation reports; models compensation plans; supports budgeting and onboarding/offboarding related to compensation; builds dashboards and analytics; advises leadership on provider productivity, cost efficiency, and compliance with FMV and federal regulations.
