Lead individual giving, alumni engagement, and event-based fundraising. Cultivate, solicit, steward, and close gifts; manage campaigns, proposals, donor communications, and recognition; engage volunteers and board members; analyze donor data to improve fundraising and support Foundation programs and events.

Supervise accounting staff, analyze departmental and physician financial performance, coordinate regulatory and tax reporting, and support the CFO with forecasting and strategic financial guidance.

Lead and manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing. Oversee payroll tax filings, reconciliations, audits, system administration (ADP Workforce Now), process improvements, and supervise payroll staff while partnering with HR and Finance.
