Sell new and used RVs using a consultative, no-pressure approach. Maintain product knowledge, perform demonstrations, collaborate with F&I, attend events, meet sales goals, and assist customers throughout the purchase process.

Lead and manage a dealership sales team to achieve sales objectives. Oversee territory planning, incentives, reporting, customer interactions, cross-training, and market/inventory awareness. Support finance, legal, and sales processes, attend events and RV shows, and ensure strong customer service and team communication.

Maintain and upload unit photographs to dealership websites, ensure online inventory accuracy and image quality, create photo inventory reports, and support the sales team with website photo management tasks.

Sell new and used RVs following a door-to-deal sales process, demonstrate units, maintain product knowledge, close sales with F&I, provide no-pressure high-integrity customer service, follow up with customers, attend RV shows/events, track market trends and inventory, and perform physical tasks including moving and lifting RVs.
