Supports training, compliance, staff development, and performance improvement across behavioral health programs. Develops and delivers training, tracks attendance and outcomes, monitors safety and compliance indicators, investigates issues, reviews client documentation, analyzes data, and assists with licensing, accreditation, process improvement, and risk management activities.

Provides HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, background checks, compliance documentation, personnel file maintenance, ADP data entry, audits, orientation, employee engagement, and exit surveys. Serves as a resource for HR policies and procedures while delivering customer service to employees and candidates. The hybrid role requires confidentiality, organization, collaboration, and occasional travel between locations.
