Leads the Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten program by supervising teachers, ensuring developmentally appropriate instruction, monitoring lesson plans and assessments, maintaining Florida VPK and DCF compliance, managing attendance and documentation, preparing for audits, engaging families, and submitting required reports. Success includes strong kindergarten-readiness outcomes, full regulatory compliance, staff retention, enrollment, and attendance.

Manage all non-instructional school operations including daily logistics (arrival, dismissal, lunch), vendor relationships, enrollment and attendance/FTE targets, facilities maintenance, campus safety, emergency preparedness, and family-facing front office functions. Drive compliance, data-driven decision making, and strong execution to ensure a safe, organized campus and meet enrollment and audit goals.
