Oversee daily shipping, receiving, transportation, and driver supervision for aerospace and defense programs. Ensure regulatory and export compliance (ITAR/EAR/DOT/OSHA), maintain inventory and documentation, manage carriers and freight forwarders, implement process improvements, audit shipping/receiving operations, and coordinate with production, procurement, quality, and program teams to meet delivery schedules.

Support mechanical system development for aerospace and defense programs: conceptual design, prototype fabrication, test planning/execution, data collection/analysis, and project support across development phases.

Build and lead the cybersecurity, compliance & resilience team and coordinate cross-functional certification and audit activities.

Lead mechanical and electromechanical system development for aerospace and defense programs: manage teams, design and prototype hardware, perform analysis (heat transfer, structural, dynamics/kinematics), oversee fabrication and testing, support proposals and program management, and interface with clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Provide program-level systems engineering for aerospace/defense products: drive architecture, requirement decomposition and traceability, test planning and verification, risk management, safety analyses, interface documentation, and cross-functional technical leadership to ensure designs meet regulatory and customer requirements.

Lead cross-functional program execution to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives for mechanical and pyrotechnic systems. Manage customer interactions, project planning, resource forecasting, progress tracking, and documentation of system requirements and contract deliverables. Support proposal development and business growth.

Manage cradle-to-grave administration of government and DoD contracts: review, negotiate, and administer NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts; ensure FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, and other compliance; maintain contract files; interact with government contracting officers, primes, suppliers, and internal teams; monitor performance, mitigate risk, and support cost/pricing reviews.

Lead manufacturing engineering for producibility, process development, and production transitions. Create fixtures, tools, work instructions, and BOMs; validate processes, support production planning, troubleshoot fabrication/assembly issues, and support prototype builds.

Lead accounting and financial management for an aerospace/defense manufacturer, ensuring GAAP reporting, SOX and government contract (CAS, FAR/DFARS) compliance, DCAA audit readiness, budgeting/forecasting, cash/treasury management, internal controls, ERP oversight, and cross-functional financial support for strategic initiatives and acquisition integration.
