Lead mechanical and electromechanical system development for aerospace and defense programs: manage teams, design and prototype hardware, perform analysis (heat transfer, structural, dynamics/kinematics), oversee fabrication and testing, support proposals and program management, and interface with clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Provide program-level systems engineering for aerospace/defense products: drive architecture, requirement decomposition and traceability, test planning and verification, risk management, safety analyses, interface documentation, and cross-functional technical leadership to ensure designs meet regulatory and customer requirements.

Design and develop aerospace flight-worthy structures, mechanisms, and mechanical systems. Produce 2D/3D CAD models and drawings, perform basic calculations and analyses, create BOMs and QA specs, support manufacturing, testing, and deployment, and assist proposal and business development efforts.

Lead and scale a team of structural and dynamics analysts to deliver FEA-driven evaluations of metallic mechanisms and assemblies. Manage program support and proposals, establish standardized workflows, provide technical oversight of FEA methods, integrate CFD/aerothermal and on-prem HPC capabilities, and mentor analysts while coordinating with design, systems, manufacturing, and stakeholders.

Develop robust, operator-executable CMM programs and measurement systems, troubleshoot CMMs, train inspection operators, apply GD&T and metrology methods, perform MSA/SPC and measurement uncertainty analysis, and drive continuous improvement in a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment.

Lead cross-functional program execution to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives for mechanical and pyrotechnic systems. Manage customer interactions, project planning, resource forecasting, progress tracking, and documentation of system requirements and contract deliverables. Support proposal development and business growth.

Design, develop, test, and support aerospace/flight-worthy structures, mechanisms, and mechanical systems. Create 2D layouts and 3D models, perform mechanical analyses, select components/vendors, produce drawings/BOMs/specs, support manufacturing, testing, deployment, proposals, and mentor junior engineers.
