Manage board and advisory council relations, plan and coordinate meetings/events, maintain governance documents, develop onboarding materials, support executive communications, and lead cross-functional projects for the Office of the President & CEO.

Provide strategic and operational HR leadership, oversee HR operations and an HR Generalist, manage benefits, retirement and compensation administration, ensure HRIS (Paycom) data integrity, lead employee relations and performance management, oversee recruitment/onboarding/offboarding, maintain compliance with employment laws, and partner with senior leadership and finance.

Lead design and execution of multi-channel paid and owned digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and acquisition. Manage paid social, search, display, creative development, media buying, budget forecasting, KPI reporting, and cross-team campaign coordination to optimize performance and scale acquisition.
