Lead and manage architectural projects through all phases—pre-design to construction administration. Supervise project architects and teams, ensure timeliness, budget compliance, quality construction documents, client communication, technical guidance, and on-site construction administration.

Lead BIM drafting and modeling efforts following PBK BIM standards. Produce architectural plans and detail sheets, review redlines, QA others' BIM/drafting work, and coordinate with engineers, architects, and consultants to meet project scope and timelines.

Lead PBK's portfolio of Architecture/Engineering automation, AI, and innovation initiatives: intake, prioritization, agile delivery governance, cross-functional coordination, vendor management, SDLC/release readiness, change management, ROI/KPI tracking, and continuous delivery improvements.

Lead development and enforcement of BIM standards, manage Revit/AutoCAD BIM workflows, provide training and technical support, create templates/content libraries, coordinate MEP models with architects, automate BIM routines, and participate in production of project models.

Manage project financials by ensuring contract compliance, accurate billing, AR/AP processing, ERP project setup, month‑end close support, WIP preparation, internal controls, and financial analysis to support Project Managers and Operations.

Design, build, operate, and support ETL/ELT pipelines, integrations, and curated datasets across enterprise systems (Salesforce, Deltek, Autodesk, Azure, Microsoft Fabric). Implement data models, orchestration, API-first services, data quality, governance, and monitoring to support BI, reporting, AI/ML, and secure data delivery.

Design HVAC systems for commercial and K-12 projects including load calculations, equipment selection, ductwork and piping sizing, Revit and AutoCAD modeling, QA/QC of construction documents, coordinate with design teams, mentor junior staff, produce drawings/schedules, and perform site inspections to ensure code compliance.
