Configure and customize Oracle Cloud HCM based on HR requirements, including workflows, approval rules, reporting, testing, troubleshooting, data imports, and integrations. Collaborate with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business needs into Oracle solutions. The role requires Oracle HCM, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle BI, OIC, SOAP, REST, and FBDI experience, strong English communication, and residence in Latin America.

Build and maintain Python backend services, third-party API integrations, and automation workflows for digital marketing and advertising platforms. Process campaign, conversion, attribution, keyword, and performance data; synchronize systems; and support scheduled or event-driven workflows. Use PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, Datadog, and messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka. Collaborate with international clients remotely and communicate effectively in English.
