Oracle Specialist

We are looking for an Oracle Specialist with strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM configuration and customization. The ideal candidate will have experience working with HR business processes, configuring HCM functionality, customizing workflows and approval hierarchies, and supporting reporting, testing, and troubleshooting within Oracle Cloud HCM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM functionality based on business and HR requirements.

• Customize HCM workflows, approval rules, and approval hierarchies.

• Collaborate with HR, IT, and other cross-functional teams to define and refine business requirements.

• Translate HR business needs into effective Oracle HCM configurations and solutions.

• Create and maintain reporting solutions using Oracle BI tools, SQL, or other analytics platforms.

• Provide functional troubleshooting and debug Oracle Cloud HCM configurations.

• Create and execute test cases for system and functional validation.

• Support data imports, data validation, and related HCM processes.

• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations between Oracle HCM and other systems.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience working with Oracle.

• Strong functional experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM configuration and customization.

• Experience configuring workflows, approval rules, and approval hierarchies.

• Strong understanding of HR/HCM business processes.

• Experience gathering business requirements and working directly with HR and business stakeholders.

• Experience troubleshooting and debugging Oracle HCM configurations and functional issues.

• Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle BI tools, and reporting solutions.

• Understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and web services such as SOAP and REST APIs.

• Hands-on experience with FBDI or similar Oracle data import processes.

• Ability to create and execute test cases for system validation.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Strong English communication skills - Minimum B2 level proficiency
